The Mortgage Coach was founded in 1997 with one purpose in mind: to help mortgage professionals deliver advice that creates value for themselves and the homeowners they serve. Over the years, The Mortgage Coach has achieved that goal and continues to push the standard higher. That's one of the reasons that more than 25,000 mortgage professionals have used The Mortgage Coach.

The Mortgage Coach started making innovations in the industry by developing Total Cost Analysis-the first such tool in the industry-and its own unique interest rate monitoring system, RateWatch. Based on feedback and ideas from users, The Mortgage Coach created 11 industry innovations that originators and the homeowners they serve can use for their success. The Mortgage Coach is working diligently so that it can continue to introduce innovations into the industry that will continue to give mortgage professionals the cutting-edge tools and knowledge they need to compete in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
