”) is pleased to provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our practices
with respect to the collection and use of Personal Information. By using the
Site, you consent to the following terms.
What we collect: The data that we regularly collect about
visitors to the Site (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages accessed, duration
of visit, etc.) does not necessarily enable us to personally identify you, and
that is not our intention. We do collect personally identifiable information
about you, including for example, your name, and contact information (your “Personal
Information ”), but only if you voluntarily provide it to
us by submitting such information and/or requesting further information.
How we use it: If you choose to provide us with Personal
Information, we will use such information primarily to respond to your inquiry
or provide you with more detailed and customized information regarding TMC's
products and services. We may also use such information (i) as reasonably
necessary to administer or provide customer support for the Site; (ii) to
improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze Site usage, improve
our content and product offerings, and customize the Site's content, layout,
and services; and (iii) for research and marketing purposes, including
providing you with periodic communications about products, services, discounts,
or upcoming events.
Disclosure: TMC may use certain third party vendors to assist
TMC in providing our products and services. TMC may transfer your Personal
Information to such vendors who have entered into a contract with TMC that
protects the confidentiality of your Personal Information and permits the
vendor to use it only as reasonably necessary to fulfill its contract with TMC.
We may also disclose your Personal Information as we believe is reasonably

Participation in The Mortgage Coach Community: If you elect to
download and use The Mortgage Coach software, you will have the option
participate in The Mortgage Coach Community. If you opt-in you will be part of
a contributing group of active users that help TMC improve and enhance its
software and services. If you choose to be a participant in The Mortgage Coach
Community you would provide certain statistical information regarding your use
of The Mortgage Coach software to TMC, including usage numbers in the Mortgage
Planners Scoreboard which TMC would collect from you periodically through your
use of the software. This information is used by TMC for the purposes described
in the “How we use it” Section above, and is only disclosed to third parties as
aggregated data that does not identify you personally. TMC’s disclosure of
aggregate data is described in more detail in the section below. Participation
in The Mortgage Coach Community is voluntary, and you need not participate to
use the software. Participants may also opt-out of The Mortgage Coach Community
at any time by contacting TMC at info@mortgagecoach.com.
Aggregate Data: We may aggregate Personal Information and
disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to third
parties. In these situations, we do not disclose any information that could be
used to identify you personally. Personal Information, such as your name, email
address, or password, is not disclosed to these third parties without your
consent.
Opt-In User and Disclosure: Users of the Site may have
opportunities to opt-in to have their Personal Information used for other
purposes. If you do not wish to participate in these opportunities, such use of
your Personal Information can be prevented by choosing not to opt in.
Use of Cookies: When you visit Mortgage Coach, we send one or more
cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer
that uniquely identifies you or your browser. We use cookies to improve the
quality of our service by storing user preferences or profile information such

you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie
is being sent. However, some Mortgage Coach product features and services may
not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
Links: For your convenience, we have provided links to certain
third party web sites, including but not limited to some of TMC's customers. If
you choose to visit a third party's site, please be aware that the third
party's privacy policy, and not TMC's, will govern your activities and any
information you disclose while visiting the third party's site.
Security: Because any Personal Information that you submit to
TMC online is purely voluntary and should not be of a particularly sensitive
nature, we employ our standard security measures and do not use any special
encryption methods at this time, except with respect to the
transmission of credit card information, which involves encryption methods
intended to provide additional security for such information.
Policy Changes: TMC reserves the right to change this Privacy
Policy, and will post any revisions on the Site. We encourage you to review
this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the
