You asked for it – we listened! We are excited to release a significant upgrade to The Mortgage Coach Version 7.0. This upgrade is a result of the last six months most requested features.
We are dedicated to keeping Mortgage Coach up to speed with the latest in lending trends, and we always strive to enhance the user experience through ease of use and feature enhancements. We hope you find this latest version a good mix of both.

TOTAL COST ANALYSIS
- Loan Library: Prepare your Mortgage Coach reports faster than ever with the Loan Library. You can save your favorite loan parameters and drop them into the column with the click of a button.
- Save custom ARM scenarios: Now you can save your favorite predictions on how different indices will perform over time and drop them into any adjustable- rate loan scenario.
- Added amortization schedules for 2nd TD in TCA: Show your customers the power of term reduction in detailed amortization schedules for your 2nd TD's. (Previously only available for 1st TD's.)
- Property value added to report: The indicated value will now display in the summary section of the report.
- Added navigation controls: Navigate through the user interface even faster with new navigation buttons added to the bottom of page.
RATEWATCH
- Asset accumulation added: Weaving the mortgage into your client’s overall financial plan has always been a staple of The Mortgage Coach and mortgage planners. Now you can toggle a switch and choose to include either a term-reduction strategy or an asset-accumulation strategy to your Monthly Mortgage Reviews.
- Sort by close date: Just added, now you can sort by start date in RateWatch. This may be used to exclude any recent closings that you want to hold off on sending market alerts.
CONSOLIDATION AND EQUITY REPOSITIONING ANALYSIS
- Recast indicators added to Debt Consolidation Analysis and Equity Repositioning Analysis: For your interest-only loans, you can now indicate a recast month for these modules. This feature was previously only available in the Total Cost Analysis.
DATABASE
- Enhanced database viewing: View a list of all contacts, allowing you to search your database in more ways than before.
- Print a copy of your database: Print a client list from your database. View all customers in your Mortgage Coach database and print for review.
- Sort clients and leads: In the database, you can select a record's disposition as a client or lead. This allows you to better sort for the purposes of the RateWatch module.
GENERAL
- Auto update of popular mortgage indices: With a live Internet connection, you will always be up-to-date with current mortgage indices. The update tools will reflect most major index values and auto update each time you connect to the Internet.
- Added loan terms: With 45- and 50-year terms being introduced nationwide, we have added these options to ALL areas of The Mortgage Coach.
- Equal Housing logo added to all reports: The Equal Housing Lender "little house" has been added to all The Mortgage Coach reports.
- Graphics enhanced throughout the user interface: We have completed the facelift that began with our 6.0 release.
BUG FIXES
- Repairs made to the .CSV import tool: When importing .csv files, the property address was sometimes cut off. FIXED
- Interest-only problem in client database: Loans were switching from interest-only to 30-year terms in the client database. FIXED

All suggestions are reviewed by the development team.
