SOFTWARE SALES CONSULTANT - INDUSTRY LEADER
Summary: The Mortgage Coach, an expanding professional software company that targets mortgage professionals, is growing its sales team to handle the huge demand for our product. Located in the Irvine Spectrum, we are seeking Software Sales Consultants. This is a full-time position.
Job Summary: As a Software Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for contacting loan officers and asking them qualifying questions, providing an on-line demonstration of the Mortgage Coach software, and explaining to them how The Mortgage Coach can assist them to become "the obvious Choice" with their clients. Warm and cold leads are provided.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Making outbound warm, cold, and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail in order to qualify leads and sell products and services
- Handling inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
- Overcoming technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Providing product demonstrations to qualified customers
- Emphasizing salable features, quoting prices and terms, and preparing sales orders for obtained orders
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Preparing reports of business transactions
- Entering new customer data and sales data for current customers into computer database
- Working with the marketing and development departments to keep product and literature up to date
- Investigating and resolving problems that customers have with deliveries
- Traveling to and attending trade shows
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent proven sales ability
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- The ability to see projects through to completion
- The ability to adapt to changing business conditions
- The ability to work independently and to function successfully as part of a team
- Two years minimum business-to-business telephone sales experience
- One year mortgage experience
- Computer skills that include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and a good working knowledge of the Internet.

SOFTWARE SALES ASSISTANT - INDUSTRY LEADER

Job Summary: As a Software Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the support of inside sales team by creating sales opportunities through outbound telephone calls.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pursuing new business though telesales (80-100 daily calls) to pre-qualified cold and warm leads from a list
- Providing general support for Inside Sales Software Consultants
- Overcoming business objections of prospective customers
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing administrative support to sales representatives by monitoring sales tools, handling phone calls, entering data, and keeping detailed record
- Entering new customer data and data for current customers into computer database
- Other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year minimum business-to-business telesales experience
- Mortgage experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to close sales
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to function successfully within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and proficiency in navigating the Internet.
- Good data entry skills.
