About Rouz:  Six months ago I had a prospect who was very hesitant about even listening to what I had to say. I was able to finally get a hold of him for 2 minutes and was able to schedule a time to give him a quick walk through of our membership and he really saw the value. Not only did we get him on board, but within the first 60 days of his membership he got 5 new realtor partners and 13 loans submitted.

Considering I am in beautiful Southern California, on my time off I love to be with my beautiful wife Sherry and enjoy everything that life has to offer. We enjoy to make the best of our time and that consists of a lot of different things like hiking, basketball, soccer, spending as much time as possible with family because that's the only thing that will last forever. But my favorite thing to do is just cruise the coast and enjoy the breeze.
